Don't regret.
Fathers' Day!! Mothers' Day!! Booming business for restaurants and florists.
Who's the most important person in your life? Daddy? Mummy? Siblings? Friends? Lover? As we grow and matures, along the way we met different people and experience different things. Change is perhaps the only constant and the only thing that is perpetual. Who we met and how we're brought up mould us into who we are. How often do you actually stop and tell those who are really important to you that you love them? Well you may not be comfortable confessing verbally, but little gestures in your everyday life makes a big difference. Everyone likes to be told they are loved and cherished, don't you?
Its really shameful if you cant even remember your loved ones' birthdays, Fathers' or Mothers' Day. Perhaps you should ask yourself have you been too busy lately that you neglected them. While filial piety and gestures of love should not be limited to such commercially designed events, it gives the busy bees and those who don't know how to express themselves a chance to show that they care.
You don't have much time to show your love to those around you. And if you choose to give yourself a chance to regret, I wont wipe away your tears of regrets and grieve next time. Doesn't matter whether you've been given the life of Bill Gates, average Tom or Lilliputian. That should not be a reason not to love them. Perhaps you're not family oriented, I don't know and I don't want to know. But I'll say this again, don't give yourself a chance to regret next time. They gave what they could.
Loves Love. :)
